- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not family friendly! The nursing staff is great. However, the nursing manager is selective about policies. After 3 nights sleeping in the room with my wife, the junior nursing manager decided that the small air mattress I was using to sleep next to my wife was an issue. The mattress is no bigger than the broken and dirty recliners. The bathroom on the fourth floor has been out of service for at least four days now. Most of the cafeteria staff is very caring, especially those behind the line. The cashiers however will chat amongst each other while people are waiting. Parking is an issue as well. The parking garage reserves spots for staff ahead of patients and family. No better than the fourth floor if you want to visit.November 11, 2017by Debbye Friedson
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been in bed, at Norton Hospital, for seven weeks tomorrow and all of the personnel have treated me like family. I have made many new friends and you could not meet a nicer bunch of people. 5th floor, 5 pod, bed 4. (You know who I mean)February 03, 2017by Milford Davis
