  Its impossible to get an appointment here! They obviously don't need money and are not compassionate. You can't even call to make an appointment, you have to send on paperworks by fax (like you are some bussiness), and wait for a call from the office for an appointment. Do they realize they are a psychiatrist and not a gynecologist and someone may need their assistance sooner then later??? The receptionist was not understanding and hung up on me.

  Today I had my first visit with River City and Dr.Taylor and this was a real psychiatrist visit! I have been to psychiatrists before and therapists but felt like just another number not a individual with mental problems. This was by far the most detail I have received about my mental condition. I have to admit I was hesitant due to the fill out paperwork first then we will call you but I’m so glad that I went with them. In my opinion this allows them to assign a psychiatrist to your particular needs and allows you to immediately have a connection with them! After years of mental problems I finally feel like this is the place I should have turned to first. The front office was extremely polite and helpful. Thanks, River City and Dr.Taylor!

  Extremely frustrating experience. Andrea in administration treats you like you are an inconvenience to her day. She wouldn't even tell me what the doctor's availability was until I submitted a full self-eval online. Even then, you have to wait 2-3 business days to hear back if they will even "accept" you! She makes the new patient registration process exceptionally frustrating.
