- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While I agree with the other reviews regarding the staff, I was taken in by the "mom and pop" atmosphere of the pet shop and purchased a puppy that I was assured was an australian shepherd purebred. As the puppy grew larger, it became very obvious that she was a Brittany spaniel and when I tried to talk to the owners about this error, I was met with hostility. The owners refused to consider an ethical response of a partial refund despite visual evidence of having sold me the wrong breed of dog.
