  I've never waited for more than 15 mins. Staff is crazy nice and they're very helpful when you don't know your way around the office. They make you feel super comfortable too.

  I'm not sure where to even start here: It's beyond sad that when you try to call your doctor and leave a message or ask a question you are met with very rude staff members or somebody that considers them self a "nurse". Then when you make an appointment after driving over an hour just to meet with your doctor she dismisses your concerns. A lot of her appointments have ran behind. And I don't just mean 30 minutes. I have waited over an hour when I have had a scheduled appointment to see Dr. Booth. And my time is just as valuable as hers, if you're appointments are running behind, then I don't think it's too much to ask to have one of your staff members call your patience and let him know that, especially when I am driving such a distance for your service. It's very hard to speak with somebody who's face doesn't move to show any kind of expressions about your concerns or comments or questions. I think it would be much easier for me to feel as if this doctor truly cared if she would lay off the Botox, maybe then her face would move a little and I could tell. She really really really needs to work on her rude staff and her bedside manner. I do not recommend!
