- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a special needs patient. It even says it on my insurance card. The doctor's office scheduled me a botox shot. I caught the bus in the pouring rain and I get all the way downtown and I am not in the system. I called the doctor's office they said someone was suppose to call me. No one ever did. They said insurance wasn't going to cover it. I called the insurance company to find out why it wasn't covered. According to the insurance company, they said it was pending; waiting on the doctors office. I have tried to call back the doctors office to let them know and no one has the curiosity to call me back. If I would have been called before hand all of this could of been avoided. I am now sick. I hope they don't treat all of his patients this away. Especially, ones with special needs. I do like the doctor. Just once again, I am having trouble with the office help. Today, has been very upsetting. My nerves are all messed up and I caught a cold.June 29, 2017by Jjlm 2046
