- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office absolutely will not see you if you have a medical emergency. I called twice in one year due to having an asthma attack. As in I could not breathe. They told me both times they could not see me for a week. You also cannot change your medical insurance ever. My last visit I informed them I changed insurance companies. They billed my old one which, naturally, refused to pay it. So they tried to bill me. I gave them the correct information a second time and they billed my old insurance again. A third time I corrected them. A third time they billed my old insurance. Finally, after 7 months, they told me that I did not provide the correct insurance in a timely manner and they are billing me anyway.
