- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient of Dr Williams for over 9 years now & she is a great doctor, along with Dr. Story. I was very saddened when I called today to be seen about a couple of problems that I have been having. I was put on hold for 12 minutes with no answer. Called back and when I did I was told that Dr's can only see me for ONE of my problems, you need 1 appointment per problem. I asked for 2 appointments in a row & was told no. They told me because it was of insurance but when I told them I would pay cash, the answer was still no. Great Dr's but horrible office staff & apparently very greedy Jewish & St Mary's Healthcare.March 25, 2017by Ashley Fancy Ray
