  Fantastic experience for my first CT! Ben explained everything in detail and did a great job with my IV, which is usually difficult! Very patient with me! Great job!! So a year later...still awesome! Friendly staff, refreshments, even cookies! Efficient too!

  I have been to this facility before and while its expensive I was happy with it. I recently had an experience that has turned me off it and I will be recommending my friends and doctors not to utilize it. I was scheduled appoint which was either changed without my notification or entered incorrectly when set up. I received my automated confirmation call and when I noticed the appointment was incorrect I called to fix it. I received no help on the phone other then sorry that time is booked now. As someone who runs a clinic myself, I know how important customer service is and I was completely let down. I have never written a bad review but to not even receive an apology and a potential solution other then that time is booked now frustrated me. I will be calling my insurance company and doctor forthwith and let them know about my bad experience.
