- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This would have been a five star except for the billing dept. Dr Thurman is really good with my elderly mother and I would highly recommend him. That said, they always overcharge and then when the insurance goes through and they are only allowed to charge less, they do not return your money unless you realize they owe you and ask for it. This happens every time and is annoying. I do not know why they do not automatically notify the patient but they do not.December 20, 2016by Linda V
