- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've was their customer for about 17 years, my entire driving life.. I'll absolutely be shopping elsewhere now. You'll experience autopay rate hikes with no notice (they'll blame it on 'the state').. you may experience policy changes without authorization. They also tried to sell us on life insurance then use Used Car Salesman tactics to talk us out of taking it off the policy. So far it looks like they have made a 230.14 increase to my policy without my authorization. They added wife's car to my plan and billed me for it while keeping her car on her single plan and charging for it. This is absolutely unacceptable. Charging twice for the same car!
