- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My Job is to get benefits for my patients before they come in, with that said i get benefits all day from different insurance companies. The customer service here is disgusting. They are the most unpleasant, disrespectful, and beyond unprofessional. This is not the first time i have an issue with them along with my co-worker and we've had to speak to Peggy once and i just had to leave her a message again she is apparently the supervisor . Two of the reps i spoke to were name Shawn and Sharese and they refused but i mean refused to give me freq on D4346. Its sad that i have to most likely deal with KY Dental Dental again because i have never had this issue with any other Delta Dental State other then KY.October 31, 2017by Candice Hoffstetter
