- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Awful! I came in to be seen for my first time and because I only had a picture of my insurance card on my phone, they wouldn’t see me. They asked if I could print it out and reschedule when I had it printed. I was/am totally perplexed knowing they have printer, email, and other means of helping make this happen right there in the office.
