- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I usually have a great experience with them, but today they were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and honestly sounded like they hate dealing with customers. If you don't have good customer service skills, then you should have a job as far away from customers as possible. I understand one person might be having a bad day, but for two people to be so rude, they need to rethink their career choice.
