  I had two different companies come out for the migration, they said the way I wanted the system couldn't be done. World Radon did it and made it look easy. Very top quality- definitely knows what he is doing.

  The most unreliable company of any kind I've ever interacted with or heard of. Several years ago, this company installed a radon system in the house we are trying to sell. Through buyer inspection, it was determined that updates had to be done (partly due to faulty installation and partly due to new radon standards). World Radon was the first company we reached out to since they did the original installation. We were given a very competitive price since the job wasn't done 100% the first time and were told they would get back with us ASAP to schedule an appointment. The next couple days... no call. Our realtor called every day for a week, leaving messages, but no one ever called back. My wife decided to call them since they wouldn't recognize her number or connect her with our agent. What do you know? They answered on the first attempt. The man (Joe English) seemed very interested in our business up until she gave him our address and he realized who she was. At this point he became stand-offish and wouldn't commit to setting an appointment date and said he would call back the next day to get one scheduled. No call back the next day and won't answer my wife's calls after repeated attempts. We are taking our business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. No idea how they are still in business. An absolute joke.
